Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, returns may be considered in the following cases:
• The product received is damaged during delivery
• The wrong product has been delivered
• The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once we review your request and verify the issue, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
• The product has been opened or used
• The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
• The product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
